Prayer of the Capital Stewardship Campaign
Gracious God, we thank you
for your steadfast love, gentle compassion, and enlivening Spirit. We are
grateful for all those who have gone before us during the past 96 years at Our
Lady of Lourdes. May the strength of their faith encourage our best efforts
today.
Lord, we ask you to continue
your work within us. Guide us to respond generously to the exciting challenge
before us. Order our steps as we plan for the future of Lourdes. Help us
strengthen our commitment to the mission of our parish and the gospel of
charity and social justice. Inspire us to recognize and accept the sacrifices
necessary for us to be your faithful stewards.
May everything we do be for
your greater honor and glory, today and always, through Jesus Christ, our Lord
and Brother. Amen.
